Some find bulking difficult, as they tend to gain more fat than muscle, for others bulking tends to be frustrating as their weight increase by only 2 pounds maybe for 6 months of bulking, then it suddenly drops out, and you are left with a bloated abdomen and a flat stomach. My personal experience with bulking was very frustrating as I would feel like I was getting fatter every time I bulked, but the problem was it was happening at an extremely slow rate. My belly was getting bigger every time, bulking to cutting transformation. My weight slowly increased, but in fact I was only gaining about 2 pounds, 2! I have tried to gain some body fat, so I could lose some stubborn fat (the dreaded belly button) while losing weight that came from a lean body, bulking diet.
